Items are shipped off 2-3 business days after order is placed, due to Covid-19 USPS has been experiencing some delays. So most likely 5 business days to receive your package. 

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS                                                                          Now because these are custom shoes I will not be able to give you a refund or accept returns. UNLESS i had made a mistake and gave you the wrong design, wrong paint color, or size. 

If sent the wrong order you must email me and send back everything you had ordered exactly how it was given to you at least 3 days after delivery date. You will send me a picture of you shipping it off to me along with the tracking number so your item will not get lost. 

If you never received your package after 2 weeks FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS
